Loan Services
The basic service of the University Library (UL) for users are loaning library and information documents. The conditions for making available the library's collection provides a valid Library regulations with annexes (LR). Documents can be lend external (home, outside the library) and in-house (in the library premises only).
Loan services are provided only to registered users with a valid card.
For the registration is necessarily to bring:
- ID card ;
- ISIC card if you are student or employeer;
- to pay a registration fee (by Library fees and services price list);
- sign the application in which the user undertakes to comply with LR.
Casual visitors can register to use short term registration for the period of one day (€ 1), which authorized use some types of services (presence, reprographic, internet access) for the day.
Documents for loan you can find via the electronic catalog.
The user may prolong the loan period of the documents only once - via library person, by phone, email, or self through the online catalog ( My Library Card ). After deadline for returning the document on loan the University Library notify the user and penalty fees by Library fees and services price list, which is growing in proportion to the number of days after the date of returning.
Library services are available at the time of opening hours.
