• Conditions and form of study
  • Faculty of Science offers the study to foreign students as an individual study programme for charge.
  • The study is divided into Bachelor and Master Degree Level. The classes are realised in English.
  • After successful finishing of the master degree study the faculty awards the graduate the degree "Magister- which is equivalent to the degree Master of Science (M.Sc.)" (abbr. Mgr.)
  • After successful passing through the further study exams and defence of a doctoral thesis the faculty awards the graduate the title "Doctor of Natural Sciences - Rerum Naturalium Doctor" (abbr. RNDr.)
  • The faculty offers the PhD study in different branches
  • During the stay of the foreign student in Slovakia they are subject to the law system and rules of Slovak Republic

• Study Fees and Payment Conditions

The tuition per each academic year (2 terms) is:
-   8 000 € for Master study
-   9 000 € for Doctoral study in theoretical branches
- 10 000 € for Doctoral study in experimental branches

• Accommodation
  • The students cover the costs which are connected with housing, subsistence, insurance and travel costs during their study at the Faculty of Science by themselves.
  • The International Relations Office helps the students to find the suitable accommodation facilities either in university own halls of residance or in privat apartments.
