Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice provides higher education based on the newest scientific findings in a wide international context.

Research

P.J. Šafárik University provides education on the base of scientific background. The basic aim in the area of science and reserch is adaptation of our university to the international standards.

International dimension is very important for our University. It´s considerable impulse for recognizing and comparing various national cultures, customs and traditions. Deeping and developing of this international dimension is the reason for student´s and teacher´s mobility.

Service to the community

The University provides service to the community by spreading the knowledge through the means of research and development, regional and national activities support and providing learning society with a continuing education.
