On 27th September 2007 the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Legislation prof. JUDr. Alexander Bröstl, PhD. received His Excellency the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Slovakia on the grounds of our university.
The Ambassador Michal Roberts visited the P. J. Šafárik University in Košice for the first time. The Ambassador’s friendly reception was realized under the patronage of the Vice-Rector prof. JUDr. Alexander Bröstl, PhD.
The Vice-Rector for International Relations and Legislation informed the Ambassador about University mission and structure, its strategic intentions and successes especially in the field of higher education. The Ambassador of the United Kingdom was interested vividly in possibilities of studies at our University, possibilities of cooperation in the field of international relations as well as in possibilities of participation of British and Slovak educational institutions on the programmes of European Union.
