On the 10 November 2011 the Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic awarded teams of researchers for their excellent results in scientific work. One of the awarded in the category of “Personality of Science and Technology Younger than 35” was the representative of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, doc. JUDr. Kristián Csach, PhD., a colleague from the Institute of European Law, Faculty of Law.
The award for his research in the field of the agreement freedom and the meaning of procedural justice in agreements in the cases of power inequality of parties involved was presented to him during the ceremonial gala-evening that marked the peak of the 8th Week of Science and Technology in Slovakia.
