Department of Biophysics, Institute of Physical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, has become a doctoral (PhD) student supervision unit of the Doctoral School „Interdisciplinaire pour le vivant“ (Interdisciplinary School for Life Sciences) based at Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris, France.
The Doctoral School unites 105 research teams including the teams from the most prestigious French institutions – Muséum national d´Histoire naturelle, École normale supérieure, CEA, Institut Pasteur, etc.
