In accordance with the UPJŠ Rector’s Award Statute the awards for significant contribution of UPJŠ lecturers and research staff in the field of science and research in 2011 were presented to:
- Assoc. Prof. Mária Mičaninová, CSc., for accomplishments in the Jewish Philosophy History research;
- Assoc. Prof. Rastislav Varga, PhD., for accomplishments in Magnetic Microwires research.
