Employees - Satisfaction Assessment

The aim of the anonymous employee satisfaction questionnaire is to investigate employee satisfaction with e.g.: level of management, communication, material support, financial evaluation, motivation, career growth. The questionnaire is completed annually by the UPJŠ employees and the analysis of the responses serves as a control tool for individual levels of management. Obtained data will be used to improve the future decisions and to create targeted recommendations to improve the communication and operation of individual workplaces.
