Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice<\/strong> took part in ESA BIC Slovakia Launch Day<\/strong>, which was hosted by the<\/strong> Technical University of Ko\u0161ice (TUKE)<\/strong> on December 4, 2025. On this occasion, the ESA Business Incubation Centre Slovakia <\/strong>(ESA BIC Slovakia) was officially opened, symbolically in the same year that the European Space Agency<\/strong> (ESA) celebrated its 50th anniversary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is being implemented by the Eastern Slovak Space Cluster <\/strong>(ESSC), which brings together the strongest players in the region’s innovation ecosystem. Its founding members are UPJ\u0160 in Ko\u0161ice, TUKE, the Institute of Experimental Physics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAV), Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, and SARIO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
