Among them there were also the representatives of UPJ\u0160 in Ko\u0161ice, particularly, in the category of &#8220;The Personality of Science and Technology&#8221; the prize was awarded to MVDr. J\u00e1n Rosocha, CSc. and in the category of &#8220;The Personality of Science and Technology up to 35&#8221; the prize was awarded to MUDr. Pavol Joppa, PhD. The gala ceremony was held on the occasion of the Week of Science and Technology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\u2666 <strong>MVDr. J\u00e1n Rosocha, CSc.<\/strong><br \/> \tThe associated tissue bank of the University Hospital of L. Pasteur and of the Faculty of Medicine, Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice, in his research pointed to the previously unimaginable capabilities of cell therapy for many socially significant diseases and he has built the most advanced work for the preparation of tissue and cell transplants in Slovakia.<\/p>\n<p> \t\u2666 <strong>MUDr. Pavol Joppa, PhD.<\/strong><br \/> \tA university teacher &#8211; lecturer, Department of Pneumology and Phtizeology, Faculty of Medicine, Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice and the University Hospital of\u00a0 L.
