\tOn 19 February 2013 a meeting of the Club of Professors of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice took place. An interesting lecture on “Intellectual Property Protection at UPJ\u0160” by prof. JUDr. Peter Voj\u010d\u00edk, CSc. was attended in the Historical Auditorium at UPJ\u0160 Rectorate. Topics such as protection of the personality rights, protection of a name and individual reputation of a physical and legal person, intellectual property law, copyright law, industrial law, creation of copyright works in employment, or the area of improvement proposals captured attention of the audience and encouraged a broad discussion.<\/p>\n
