of the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

announces the elections
to the Student Housing Council<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to be held on November 28, 2023<\/mark><\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

from 1:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m. at the Reception of the Student House on Medick\u00e1 St. No. 4
and
from 4:30 p. m. to 5:30 p. m. at the Reception of the Student House on Popradsk\u00e1 St. No. 66.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proposals of candidates for individual faculties of UPJ\u0160 can be submitted to the mailbox located at the Receptions of the Student Houses on Medick\u00e1 St. No. 4 and 6<\/strong> and Popradsk\u00e1 St. No. 66<\/strong> (students accommodated in the Student House on Popradsk\u00e1 St. No. 76 will deliver their proposals to the mailbox located on Popradsk\u00e1 St. No. 66) in accordance with Art. 5 of the Electoral Rules for elections to the Student Housing Council at UPJ\u0160, which is published on the UPJ\u0160 website \/ UPJ\u0160 Academic Senate \/ Basic Documents section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidate’s proposal includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) name and surname of the candidate,
b) age of the candidate,
c) year of study,
d) form of study,
e) the name of the faculty or other part of UPJ\u0160 where the candidate is studying,
f)  address and room number in the Student House (including the Student Hose on Popradsk\u00e1 St. No. 76)
g)  written consent of the candidate to the processing and storage of personal data under Section 5(2) for purposes of election . At the same time, the candidate’s consent to the disclosure of personal data under Section 9(1) in accordance with Section 9(2) of the Electoral Rules,<\/em>
h) name, surname and signature of the person proposing the candidate (if the candidate does not nominate himself).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Proposal for a representative of UPJ\u0160 students to the Student Council for a term of office 2023-2025<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only proposals meeting all requirements and delivered to the designated place<\/p>\n\n\n\n

by November 21, 2023, by 5:30 p. m.<\/strong>, will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
