On 25 June 2024 , the senior management of the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice received students who were awarded the Rector’s Annual Prizes for exemplary representation of the University on various occasions at home and abroad. Out of the total of 68 awardees, 31 students came to receive the award in person and were personally congratulated by Rector, professor Daniel Pella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the official part, the informal discussion continued in the presence of the Vice-Rector for Undergraduate and Lifelong Learning, Dr. \u013dudmila Elbert, University Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Science, Research and Project Agenda, professor Ren\u00e1ta Ori\u0148akov\u00e1, and Vice-Rector for International Relations, professor Sl\u00e1vka Toma\u0161\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students were awarded the Rector’s Annual Prize for publishing in renowned foreign journals, for outstanding sports and artistic results, for achievements in various student competitions, or representation of the University and its faculties at foreign conferences. By their activities, all awarded students have significantly contributed to the development and spreading of the good name of UPJ\u0160.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
