Dr. h. c. prof. Mgr. Sl\u00e1vka Toma\u0161\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1, PhD., the Vice-Rector for International Relations and prof. RNDr. Ren\u00e1ta Ori\u0148akov\u00e1, DrSc., the Vice-Rector for Science, Research and Projects, welcomed prof. Dr. Ing. Karel Bouzek from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (V\u0160CHT) and RNDr. Magdal\u00e9na Stre\u010dkov\u00e1, PhD. from the Institute of Materials Research of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAV) in Ko\u0161ice to UPJ\u0160 on 14 May 2025. After the joint meeting, they signed the Memorandum of Understanding in the \u0160af\u00e1rik Lounge. On behalf of UPJ\u0160, the Memorandum was signed by prof. MVDr. Monika Hal\u00e1nov\u00e1, PhD., the Vice-Rector for Academic Qualifications and Doctoral Studies, and for the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, by Professor Karel Bouzek. Professor Karel Bouzek serves as the Vice-Dean for Industry and Foreign Relations at the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the University of Chemistry and Technology, and he is also the Head of the Department of Inorganic Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n
