The team\u2019s scientific activities focus on three main areas of research, namely inorganic chemistry, condensed matter physics, and materials science. The acronym TRIANGEL expresses the symbiosis and intersection of these three fields of research. The members of the team are employees of the Institute of Chemistry and the Institute of Physics of the Faculty of Science, Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice, who have been cooperating for several years. The team is relatively young with its average age of 40.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The permanent members of the team are: prof. RNDr. Vladim\u00edr Zele\u0148\u00e1k, DrSc.;\u00a0prof. RNDr. Rastislav Varga, DrSc.; doc. RNDr. Adri\u00e1na Zele\u0148\u00e1kov\u00e1, PhD.; doc. RNDr. Zuzana Vargov\u00e1, PhD.; RNDr. D\u00e1\u0161a Halamov\u00e1, PhD.; RNDr. Pavol Hrubov\u010d\u00e1k, PhD.; and Mgr. Miroslav Alm\u00e1\u0161i, PhD. The team is also assisted by PhD students. The research of the team is specifically focused on ordered nanoporous materials, metal\u2011organic frameworks, magnetic nanoparticles, and magnetic microwires. Over the last decade, these subject matters have been among the top research topics in the world and the members of the TRIANGEL team are the pioneers of the field in Slovakia.
