Together, we will explore how to communicate with these students in a sensitive and clear manner, how to handle challenging situations, and how to protect one\u2019s own psychological well-being at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workshop content:<\/strong><br>\u2013 active listening and empathy in conversation \/theory\/ practice<br>\u2013 challenging and conflict situations \u2013 solution-oriented approach vs. searching for someone to blame<br>\u2013 understanding and strengthening the teacher\u2019s position in dialogue with a student<br>\u2013 case study<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop has an experiential and interactive format and includes space for reflection, practical examples from practice, and discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose from two workshop dates:<br><strong>11 March 2026, 14:00\u201315:30<\/strong><br><strong>17 March 2026, 13:00\u201314:30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop will be led by <strong>Mgr.
