Stress is necessary part of our lives. Sometimes it helps us to provide better performance or to deal with more difficult tasks. But there are situations too, where it doesn\u00b4t work in this way and that\u00b4s why it is important to recognize when the stress becomes problem, what are the emotional and physical symptoms and how we can react under stress. It\u00b4s important to identify the sources and triggers of stress. In the last part of the webinar, we will learn how to build mental resilience and how to be prepared for more demanding periods of our life.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
