We obtained the information for this analysis from\u00a0documents prepared by the individual faculties and workplaces of the university,\u00a0analyses carried out within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/en\/university\/international-relations\/HRS4R\/commissions\/\">HRS4R commissions<\/a>,\u00a0the results of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/en\/university\/international-relations\/HRS4R\/questionnaire\/\">questionnaire survey<\/a>, which we carried out among the UPJ\u0160 employees and PhD students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Based on the identified shortcomings, we specified the strengths and weaknesses of UPJ\u0160 within the four groups of HRS4R principles, and proposed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/public\/media\/22988\/OTM-R%20checklist%20UPJS%20final%20(ENGL).pdf\">OTM-R<\/a>\u00a0Checklist and\u00a0an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/public\/media\/24294\/Action-plan-UPJS-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">action plan<\/a> to eliminate all the shortcomings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Part of the Strategy of Human Resources in Research at UPJ\u0160 was the elaboration of a GAP analysis.
