Lucia I\u013ea\u0161\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1, PhD., ING-PAED IGIP, (Head of the Municipal Office of the Ko\u0161ice City District \u2013 \u0160aca, Member of the Ko\u0161ice City Council), and Mgr. Peter Kasterko (Head of the Municipal Office of the Ko\u0161ice City District \u2013 \u0164ahanovce).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion focused on the role of the committees of the municipal districts and the City of Ko\u0161ice, their actual functioning, as well as the resulting practical challenges. During the discussion, the guests answered several questions regarding local politics, relations between local government bodies, the use of live online broadcasts of council meetings, as well as current local government financing and other relevant local issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit by the invited experts from the field also included a meeting with the dean of the faculty, Assoc. Prof. JUDr. Mgr.
