Slovak Research and Development Agency (Slovak acronym: APVV) is the only national grant agency established in order to support research and development in Slovakia by granting funds from the State Budget to implement the projects:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>within research and development in individual fields of science and technology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>within the Agency\u2019s programmes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>within bilateral or multilateral contracts on cooperation in research and technology and projects within the Slovak participation in international programmes of R&amp;D and community programmes projects as well as EU initiatives in research and development, including preparation costs thereof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, the members of academic staff of the Faculty of Arts respond to
