Twenty-five excellent students of the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160, including outstanding medical students studying in the English language, received the Dean&#8217;s Commendation for their excellent performance of their studies on the occasion of the International Students&#8217; Day and the Struggle for Freedom and Democracy Day on Tuesday, November 20, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award ceremony was attended by the Dean of the UPJ\u0160 FM prof. MUDr. Peter Jar\u010du\u0161ka, PhD. and three Vice-Deans -the Vice-Dean for Educational Activities in the 1st to 3rd year of Study Programme General Medicine in Slovak Language, assoc. prof. MUDr. Ingrid Hodorov\u00e1, PhD., university professor, the Vice-Dean for Educational Activities in the 4th to 6th year of Study Programme General Medicine in Slovak Language, assoc. prof. MUDr. Pavol Joppa, PhD., and the Vice-Dean for Study Programme Dental Medicine in Slovak and English Language, MUDr. Peter Kizek, PhD., MHA, MPH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dean of the UPJ\u0160 FM prof.
