{"id":165219,"date":"2026-09-23T15:55:44","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T14:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/?post_type=cpt_aktuality&#038;p=165219"},"modified":"2026-09-23T15:57:04","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T14:57:04","slug":"additional-elections-to-the-student-section-of-the-academic-senate","status":"publish","type":"cpt_aktuality","link":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/en\/actuality\/additional-elections-to-the-student-section-of-the-academic-senate\/","title":{"rendered":"Additional Elections to the Student Section of the Academic Senate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Dear Students of the Academic Community <br><strong>of University of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik in Ko\u0161ice, the Faculty of Medicine<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><br><br>Based on Decree no. 179 of 23 September 2026 and according <br>to Article 14 of Election Rules to the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM <br>the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM announces that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>the additional elections of six representatives of UPJ\u0160 FM students<\/strong> <br><strong>to the Student Section of the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM will take place on<\/strong> <br><strong><br>14 October 2026 from 8.00 to 16.00.<\/strong><br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Additional elections will be made using information and communication technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidate nominations can be submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by post or personally at the Mail-room of UPJ\u0160 FM, address: AS UPJ\u0160 FM, Trieda SNP 1, 040 11 \u00a0Ko\u0161ice, Slovakia in the sealed envelope with the label \u201e<strong>Nomination of a Candidate for AS UPJ\u0160 FM Membership<\/strong>\u201c, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>via university e-mail as an attachment to the message delivered to the Academic Senate secretariat: <a href=\"mailto:henrieta.salokyova@upjs.sk\">henrieta.salokyova@upjs.sk<\/a> with the indication of the message subject \u201e<strong>Nomination of a Candidate for AS UPJ\u0160 FM Membership<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidate nominations can be submitted by any member of the Student Section of Academic Community of UPJ\u0160 FM. Candidate can also propose himself\/herself. Candidate proposal must include:<br>a) name, surname, degree, postgraduate degree, functional and work position of candidate and an evidence year of study (if candidate is a\u00a0student)<br>b) written declaration of candidate that he\/she agrees with candidature<br>c) name and signature of proponent\/s<br>d) consent of the proposed candidate to the processing and publication of personal data to the extent and for the purpose specified in Art. 5 par. 5 and Art. 6 of Elections Rules to the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only proposals that meet all the requirements in accordance with the Elections Rules to the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM will be accepted.
