{"id":66543,"date":"2022-09-21T23:08:04","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T23:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/actuality\/27671\/"},"modified":"2022-09-21T23:08:04","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T23:08:04","slug":"27671","status":"publish","type":"cpt_aktuality","link":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/en\/actuality\/27671\/","title":{"rendered":"Additional elections to the Student part of the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>Dear Students of the Academic Community<br \/>\nof University of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik in Ko\u0161ice, the Faculty of Medicine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Based on Decree no. 171\u00a0of 21\u00a0September 2022\u00a0and according<br \/>\nto Articles 13 and 13a of Election Rules to the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM<br \/>\nthe Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM announces that<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>the additional elections of four representatives of UPJ\u0160 FM students<br \/>\nto the Student part of the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM will take place on<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>18\u00a0October 2022\u00a0from 8.00 to 16.00.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><u>Additional elections will be made using information and communication technologies.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Candidate proposals can be submitted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by post or personally at the Mail-room of UPJ\u0160 FM, address: AS UPJ\u0160 FM, Trieda SNP 1, 040 11 Ko\u0161ice, Slovakia in the sealed envelope with the label \u201e<strong>Proposal for candidate as a member of the AS UPJ\u0160 FM<\/strong>\u201c, or<\/li>\n<li>via university e-mail as an attachment to the message delivered to the secretariat of the Academic Senate: <a href=\"mailto:tatiana.hnilicka@upjs.sk?subject=Proposal%20for%20candidate%20as%20a%20member%20of%20the%20AS%20UPJ%C5%A0%20FM\">tatiana.hnilicka@upjs.sk<\/a>\u00a0and with the indication of the message subject \u201e<strong>Proposal for candidate as a member of the AS UPJ\u0160 FM<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate proposals can be submitted by any member of the Student Part of Academic Community of UPJ\u0160 FM. Candidate can also propose himself\/herself. Candidate proposal must include:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" type=\"a\">\n<li>name, surname, degree, postgraduate degree, functional and work position, age of candidate and an evidence year of study (if candidate is a student)<\/li>\n<li>written declaration of candidate that he\/she agrees with candidature<\/li>\n<li>name and signature of proponent\/s<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Only proposals that meet all the requirements in accordance with the Elections Rules to the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160 FM will be accepted.
