{"id":66637,"date":"2021-10-07T14:39:40","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T14:39:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/actuality\/25701\/"},"modified":"2021-10-07T14:39:40","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T14:39:40","slug":"25701","status":"publish","type":"cpt_aktuality","link":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/en\/actuality\/25701\/","title":{"rendered":"Additional elections to the Student part of the Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong><em>Dear Students of the Academic Community<br \/>\nof University of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik in Ko\u0161ice, the Faculty of Medicine<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Academic Senate of UPJ\u0160, in accordance with the Act on higher education institutions, the UPJ\u0160<br \/>\nStatute and the Elections Rules of AS UPJ\u0160, as amended, and on the basis of a resolution of<br \/>\n30 September 2021, announces that<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>the additional elections of two representatives of UPJ\u0160 FM students<br \/>\nto the Student part of the AS UPJ\u0160 will take place on 20 October 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><u>Additional elections will be made using information and communication technologies from 8.00 to 16.00.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Candidate proposals can be submitted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by post or personally at the Mail-room of UPJ\u0160 FM, address: AS UPJ\u0160 FM, Trieda SNP 1, 040 11 Ko\u0161ice, Slovakia in the sealed envelope with the label \u201e<strong>Proposal for candidate as a member of the AS UPJ\u0160<\/strong>\u201c, or<\/li>\n<li>via university e-mail as an attachment to the message delivered to the secretariat of the Academic Senate: <a href=\"mailto:tatiana.hnilicka@upjs.sk?subject=Proposal%20for%20candidate%20as%20a%20member%20of%20the%20AS%20UPJ%C5%A0\">tatiana.hnilicka@upjs.sk<\/a>\u00a0and with the indication of the message subject \u201e<strong>Proposal for candidate as a member of the AS UPJ\u0160<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate proposals can be submitted by any member of the Student Part of Academic Community of UPJ\u0160. Candidate can also propose himself\/herself. Candidate proposal must include:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" type=\"a\">\n<li>name, surname, degree, faculty, and an evidence year of study<\/li>\n<li>written declaration of candidate that he\/she agrees with candidature<\/li>\n<li>name, surname and signature of proponent\/s<\/li>\n<li>the consent of the proposed candidate to the processing and disclosure of personal data to the extent and for the purpose set out in Article 5 par. 4 and Article 6 par. 4 of the Elections Rules of AS UPJ\u0160.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OOnly proposals that meet all the requirements in accordance with the Elections Rules of AS UPJ\u0160 will be accepted.
