Department of Medical Rehabilitation of the UPJ\u0160 FM and the Faculty Hospital AGEL Ko\u0161ice-\u0160aca a. s.\u00a0was established on 9. 11. 2015 from Department of Physiatry and Rehabilitation Medicine, the oldest in-patient workplace of this kind in Slovakia, which was created in February 1972. The workplace since its creation set a trend in the field of medical rehabilitation and manual medicine. Most importantly, in the long term – it was the only workplace in Slovakia, dedicated ergodiagnostics and occupational therapy with the needs of large enterprises.
