The independent Ethics Committee of the UPJ\u0160 FM in Ko\u0161ice bases its work and adheres to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 ethical principles of the biomedical research involving human subjects,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 ethical principles of the physiological research performed on animals,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 ethical principles of the physiological studies in humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In carrying out its activities, the Ethics Committee follows the statute of the EC UPJ\u0160 FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The written opinion of the EC UPJ\u0160 FM will notify the applicant with a comprehensive assessment of the project within 15 days of the application receipt, which is in accordance with the requirements of the Slovak legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
