How to apply for the recognition of courses from your previous study?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Download Request for recognition of study subjects from previous study \u2013 GENERAL MEDICINE<\/strong> or DENTAL MEDICINE<\/strong> (GENERAL MEDICINE – transfer<\/strong> or DENTAL MEDICINE \u2013 transfer<\/strong>) according to your study programme<\/li>\n
  2. We recommend to use only computer, no mobile devices<\/strong> for filling the Request form<\/li>\n
  3. Open the file and fill in your personal information<\/strong>, fill in the name of your previous University, exact dates and academic years of study at your previous University\u00a0<\/li>\n
  4. Tick corresponding boxes only with subjects you want to recognize<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n
  5. It is compulsory to fill in Corresponding Study subject name from your previous study<\/strong> with evaluation and exact date of passing only next to ticked boxes (containing subjects you want to recognize)<\/li>\n
  6. Continue with ticking subjects you want to recognize from your previous university with the Study subject name, evaluation and exact dat<\/strong>e of passing according to your Transcript from previous university<\/li>\n
  7. Check the Request form and Transcript<\/strong> from your previous university again<\/li>\n
  8. Save the file<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Print out filled Request form<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Sign printed Request form<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. Submit<\/strong> together with all the required documents<\/strong> to:Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice
