Google Deep Mind achieved astonishing progress in the accuracy of 3D prediction of protein structure during the CASP(Critical Assessment of protein Structure Prediction) competition. Dr. Zoldak presented recent papers on 3D structure prediction and discussed advances and limitations of machine learning models from the perspective of an experimental scientist. Papers were published in the highly prestigious journal Nature.\u00a0<\/p>\n
