<\/a>Nanomedic\u00edna<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Onkologick\u00e9 ochorenia predstavuj\u00fa z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd zdravotn\u00fd, psychologick\u00fd a spolo\u010densk\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Vzh\u013eadom na starnutie popul\u00e1cie, zmeny \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu a \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia ich v\u00fdskyt neust\u00e1le narast\u00e1. V\u00fdskum v oblasti nanomedic\u00edny v CIB sa zameriava na zmiernenie negat\u00edvnych d\u00f4sledkov chemoterapie a zefekt\u00edvnenie protin\u00e1dorovej lie\u010dby prostredn\u00edctvom dvoch hlavn\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Prote\u00ednov\u00e9 in\u017einierstvo<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n V\u00fdskumn\u00e1 oblas\u0165 prote\u00ednov\u00e9ho in\u017einierstva v CIB je zameran\u00e1 na v\u00fdvoj a charakteriz\u00e1ciu biomakromolek\u00fal \u2013 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm enz\u00fdmov a v\u00e4zbov\u00fdch prote\u00ednov <\/strong>\u2013 s nov\u00fdmi alebo vylep\u0161en\u00fdmi vlastnos\u0165ami pre aplik\u00e1cie v biomedic\u00edne, diagnostike, biotechnol\u00f3gii a syntetickej biol\u00f3gii.<\/strong> Pri v\u00fdvoji nov\u00fdch prote\u00ednov sa vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa modern\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie racion\u00e1lneho dizajnu<\/strong>, ako aj met\u00f3dy riadenej evol\u00facie<\/strong> vr\u00e1tane vysokopriepustn\u00e9ho skr\u00edningu, ribozomov\u00e9ho a kvasinkov\u00e9ho displeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n V\u00fdvoj stafylokin\u00e1zy ako trombolytick\u00e9ho agensu novej gener\u00e1cie<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Jednou z hlavn\u00fdch v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch l\u00edni\u00ed je in\u017einiering stafylokin\u00e1zy, bakteri\u00e1lneho prote\u00ednu s potenci\u00e1lom pre trombolytick\u00fa terapiu.
