Vzh\u013eadom na starnutie popul\u00e1cie, zmeny \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu a \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia ich v\u00fdskyt neust\u00e1le narast\u00e1. V\u00fdskum v oblasti nanomedic\u00edny v CIB sa zameriava na zmiernenie negat\u00edvnych d\u00f4sledkov chemoterapie a zefekt\u00edvnenie protin\u00e1dorovej lie\u010dby prostredn\u00edctvom dvoch hlavn\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u00fdvoj selekt\u00edvneho nanotransportn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pre cielen\u00fd transport lie\u010div:<\/strong> Cie\u013eom je vytvori\u0165 nanonosi\u010de schopn\u00e9 cielene dopravi\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky priamo k n\u00e1dorov\u00fdm bunk\u00e1m. Tieto syst\u00e9my maj\u00fa vysok\u00fa afinitu k \u0161pecifick\u00fdm receptorom na povrchu n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch buniek a potenci\u00e1l pre personaliz\u00e1ciu lie\u010dby na z\u00e1klade individu\u00e1lnych mut\u00e1ci\u00ed pacientov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fotodynamick\u00e1 terapia (PDT):<\/strong> Sk\u00famaj\u00fa sa mechanizmy fotodynamicky navodenej bunkovej smrti s cie\u013eom optimalizova\u0165 t\u00fato terapeutick\u00fa met\u00f3du.
