<\/p>\n\n\n\n T\u00e1to aktivita zah\u0155\u0148a modifik\u00e1ciu a optimaliz\u00e1ciu stafylokin\u00e1z s cie\u013eom vyvin\u00fa\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie trombolytick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pre medic\u00ednske aplik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n V r\u00e1mci danej aktivity sa zameriavame na in\u017einierstvo enz\u00fdmov dehalogen\u00e1z a stabiliz\u00e1ciu fibroblastov\u00e9ho rastov\u00e9ho faktora 2 (FGF2) s cie\u013eom zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 jeho terapeutick\u00fd potenci\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cie\u013eom danej aktivity je vytvorenie nov\u00fdch geneticky k\u00f3dovan\u00fdch fotosenzibiliz\u00e1torov pre fotodynamick\u00fa terapiu a zobrazovacie met\u00f3dy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n T\u00e1to aktivita vyu\u017e\u00edva bioinformatiku na anal\u00fdzu a predikciu vlastnost\u00ed novovyvinut\u00fdch fotosenzit\u00edvnych molek\u00fal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V r\u00e1mci tejto aktivity sa sk\u00fama potenci\u00e1l pav\u00fa\u010dieho hodv\u00e1bu ako biomateri\u00e1lu pre r\u00f4zne aplik\u00e1cie, vr\u00e1tane tkanivov\u00e9ho in\u017einierstva a syst\u00e9moch na transport lie\u010div.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0160t\u00fadium realizovan\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci danej aktivity sa zameriava na \u0161t\u00fadium amyloid\u00f3zy, skupiny ochoren\u00ed charakterizovan\u00fdch abnorm\u00e1lnou agreg\u00e1ciou prote\u00ednov, s cie\u013eom lep\u0161ie porozumie\u0165 mechanizmom ochorenia a n\u00e1js\u0165 mo\u017en\u00e9 terapeutick\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cie\u013eom tejto aktivity je \u0161t\u00fadium stability imunoglobul\u00ednov a patologick\u00fdch \u013eahk\u00fdch re\u0165azcov IgG.
