Doktorand Mgr. Tom\u00e1\u0161 B\u00edr\u00f3 z \u00dastavu experiment\u00e1lnej fyziky SAV<\/strong> absolvoval dvojmesa\u010dn\u00fa odborn\u00fa st\u00e1\u017e na Univerzite v Bayreuthe (Nemecko)<\/strong>. Pod veden\u00edm Dr. Martina Humenika (Hybrid Materials Group, Chair of Biomaterials) sa venoval pr\u00edprave a\u00a0\u0161t\u00fadiu \u201enano\u201chydrog\u00e9lov na b\u00e1ze prote\u00ednov a\u00a0fibr\u00edl s\u00a0naviazan\u00fdm DNA mot\u00edvom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vyv\u00edjan\u00e9 hydrog\u00e9ly kombinuj\u00fa \u0161truktur\u00e1lnu stabilitu prote\u00ednov\u00fdch fibr\u00edl s programovate\u013enou funkcionalitou DNA, \u010d\u00edm otv\u00e1raj\u00fa nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eitia v tkanivovom in\u017einierstve, cielenej liekovej terapii a biosenzorike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V\u00fdsledky st\u00e1\u017ee v\u00fdznamne prispeli k prebiehaj\u00facej spolupr\u00e1ci medzi \u00dastavom experiment\u00e1lnej fyziky SAV, Centrom interdisciplin\u00e1rnych biovied TIP UPJ\u0160 a Univerzitou v Bayreuthe, a podporili \u010fal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj funk\u010dn\u00fdch biomateri\u00e1lov s fibril\u00e1rnou \u0161trukt\u00farou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n St\u00e1\u017e bola financovan\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom SAIA \u2013 N\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho \u0161tipendijn\u00e9ho programu Slovenskej republiky, ktor\u00fd podporuje mobilitu \u0161tudentov, doktorandov, vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch pedag\u00f3gov, v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a umelcov, a realizovan\u00e1 v \u00fazkej spolupr\u00e1ci s projektom \u010d. 09I02-03-V01-00021.<\/p>\n\n\n
