Antarktick\u00fd v\u00fdskumn\u00fd pobyt doc. RNDr. Michala Gogu<\/strong>,PhD. odborn\u00edka na biol\u00f3giu li\u0161ajn\u00edkov, v\u00fdznamne prispieva k nap\u013a\u0148aniu cie\u013eov projektu Konzorcium pokro\u010dil\u00fdch prote\u00ednov\u00fdch biotechnol\u00f3gi\u00ed (APBC)<\/strong>. V\u00fdskum v jednom z najextr\u00e9mnej\u0161\u00edch prostred\u00ed na Zemi poskytuje jedine\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edstup k organizmom, ktor\u00e9 si po\u010das evol\u00facie vyvinuli mimoriadne \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 molekul\u00e1rne strat\u00e9gie pre\u017eitia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Antarktick\u00e9 li\u0161ajn\u00edky dok\u00e1\u017eu tolerova\u0165 extr\u00e9mne n\u00edzke teploty, dlhodob\u00e9 sucho, intenz\u00edvne ultrafialov\u00e9 \u017eiarenie, oxida\u010dn\u00fd stres aj minim\u00e1lnu dostupnos\u0165 \u017eiv\u00edn. V\u010faka t\u00fdmto vlastnostiam predstavuj\u00fa ide\u00e1lne modelov\u00e9 organizmy na \u0161t\u00fadium biologickej odolnosti na molekul\u00e1rnej \u00farovni a mechanizmov, ktor\u00fdmi si \u017eiv\u00e9 syst\u00e9my zachov\u00e1vaj\u00fa funk\u010dnos\u0165 v podmienkach, ktor\u00e9 by pre v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu organizmov boli likvida\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n
