D\u0148a 9. apr\u00edla 2026<\/strong> sa mlad\u00ed vedeck\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, PhD. \u0161tudenti a \u0161tudenti magistersk\u00e9ho a bakal\u00e1rskeho \u0161t\u00fadia (spolu 10 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov) z\u00fa\u010dastnili odborn\u00e9ho semin\u00e1ra venovan\u00e9ho met\u00f3de multiuhlov\u00e9ho dynamick\u00e9ho rozptylu svetla<\/em> (MADS) na anal\u00fdzu prote\u00ednov. Umo\u017e\u0148uje ur\u010dova\u0165 ve\u013ekos\u0165 \u010dast\u00edc na z\u00e1klade anal\u00fdzy fluktu\u00e1ci\u00ed intenzity rozpt\u00fdlen\u00e9ho svetla sp\u00f4soben\u00fdch Brownov\u00fdm pohybom, pri\u010dom meranie prebieha s\u00fa\u010dasne pri troch uhloch rozptylu. V\u010faka tomu sa v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje citlivos\u0165, presnos\u0165 a rozli\u0161ovacia schopnos\u0165 celej met\u00f3dy, \u010do je mimoriadne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 najm\u00e4 pri anal\u00fdze komplexn\u00fdch biologick\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okrem ur\u010dovania ve\u013ekosti \u010dast\u00edc bude mo\u017en\u00e9 detailne analyzova\u0165 aj ich zeta potenci\u00e1l a stabilitu v r\u00f4znych podmienkach.
