Rozbieha sa nov\u00fd semester a z\u00a0\u00fast \u0161tudentov neraz po\u010dujeme, \u017ee nest\u00edhaj\u00fa, v\u0161etok svoj \u010das tr\u00e1via v\u00a0\u0161kole na predn\u00e1\u0161kach \u010di cvik\u00e1ch alebo u\u010den\u00edm, s\u00fa v\u00a0strese a\u00a0nezost\u00e1va im \u010das na in\u00e9 aktivity.<\/p>\n
V\u00fdskumy preuk\u00e1zali, \u017ee k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k\u00a0zmen\u0161eniu stresu, zv\u00fd\u0161eniu v\u00fdkonu a\u00a0\u017eivotnej spokojnosti je\u00a0lep\u0161ia organiz\u00e1cia vlastn\u00e9ho \u010dasu<\/strong>. Nezabudni na \u010dasov\u00fd rozsah plnenia \u00falohy a term\u00edn dokon\u010denia \u00falohy.<\/p>\n 4. vytvor si antiprokrastina\u010dn\u00fd pl\u00e1n<\/strong><\/p>\n Da\u0165 si pauzu medzi povinnos\u0165ami alebo \u00falohami je fajn. Nie v\u0161ak, ak trv\u00e1 2 hodiny. Prokrastin\u00e1cia je najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed nepriate\u013e efektivity (nielen) \u0161tudentov, preto si sk\u00fas identifikova\u0165 \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00fdmi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie prokrastinuje\u0161 <\/u>(sledovanie seri\u00e1lov, upratovanie, soci\u00e1lne siete, PC hry..) a\u00a0vyh\u00fdbaj sa im, k\u00fdm nespln\u00ed\u0161 tvoj pl\u00e1n.
