Prof. Dr. Pongr\u00e1c \u00c1cs is a university professor and currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of P\u00e9cs, Hungary. He is also Head of the Institute of Physiotherapy and Sport Sciences. His research focuses on sports economics, health economics, physical activity, health promotion, and research methodology in health sciences. He is actively involved in international cooperation, particularly within the Visegrad (V4) region, where he leads joint research projects on physical activity patterns among youth and university students in Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
