The present activities of the Department would be incomplete without a brief mention of international cooperation with other departments and institutions. First and foremost, the Department developed outstanding high-quality cooperation with other departments of its kind, especially in the Czech Republic and in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With regards to cooperation with the departments in the Czech Republic, it is worth mentioning that cooperation with the Department of Financial Law and Financial Science at Charles University in Prague has enhanced since 1979 (at the then organized conference of financial lawyers held in Karlovy Vary) and has developed and intensified since 1989, especially the cooperation with the former Head of Department prof. JUDr. M\u00e1ria Karf\u00edkov\u00e1, CSc. and prof. JUDr. Hana Markov\u00e1, CSc must be highlighted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In relation to departments in the Republic of Poland, excellent cooperation has evolved in the course of time with the Department of Financial Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk and the Department of Public Finance and Financial Law of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bia\u0142ystok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This cooperation not only encompasses joint participation in and organization of international conferences in the field of Financial Law and Tax Law (for instance, international conferences Mi\u0119dzynarodowe Ba\u0142tycke Konferencj\u0119 Prawa Finansowego or Mi\u0119dzynarodowe Konferencj\u0119 Naukowe) under the aegis of the International Center of Public Finance and Tax Law Research in Central and Eastern Europe but also other types of collaboration, such as publication of the journal Financial Law Review.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":0,"parent":49042,"menu_order":2,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_editorskit_title_hidden":false,"_editorskit_reading_time":0,"_editorskit_is_block_options_detached":false,"_editorskit_block_options_position":"{}"},"categories":[],"tags":[],"tax_aktuality":[],"class_list":["post-49054","cpt_pracoviska","type-cpt_pracoviska","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"acf_link_na_externy_obsah":""},"yoast_head":"\n
