The research of the Department, or of the academic staff of the Department, including full-time PhD students focuses on all areas and subcategories of Civil Substantive Law, Civil Procedural Law, Family Law, Intellectual Property Law as well as Executory Law and Law of Bankruptcy. The results of their scientific and research activities can be found in high-quality monographs, text-books, chapters in scientific monographs, collections of conference papers, papers in scholarly and professional journals. The academic staff of the Department attempts to ensure the students have access to relevant textbooks and sources. This in turn helps to increase the quality of the teaching process.
