Within the scope of its research activities, the Department manages to obtain funding for and participate in research projects. Up to the present day, the Department implemented the following research projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The APVV-16-0002 project of the Department deserves a special mention and recognition for it initiated a closer cooperation between the Department and the private sector. Furthermore, in respect of the research results of the Department, the Commission for economic and legal sciences of the VEGA Grant Scheme Agency acknowledged the significance of the Department’s project VEGA no. 1\/0790\/20 and ranked it among the top five successfully implemented projects in the category of Economic and Legal Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Research and scientific activities of the Department also include regular organization of scientific conferences. Over the past years, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department opted to organize virtual international scientific conferences, for example \u201cEmployee in the digital environment\u201d (2021), \u201cHealth at work in the spectrum of theory and practice\u201d (2021) or \u201cHealth capacity of employees\u201d (2020). The Department has continued with the organization of scientific conferences to the present day. On 29th<\/sup> September 2023, the Department will welcome attendees of the international conference (also with regards to the commemoration of the 50th<\/sup> anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty) titled \u201cDiverse and inclusive work- places \u2013 legislative challenges\u201d. For the first time in the history of the Department the conference will be held in a hybrid format, id est, involving in-person meeting and via a virtual online platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Apart from conferences organized by the Department of Labour Law and Social Security Law, the academic staff of the Department attend other events striving to interconnect theory and practice in the areas of Labour Law and Social Security Law. The Department participated at the fourth EPI conference on \u201cLabour Law\u201d, targeted especially at HR departments, in-house lawyers, law offices, public authorities and self-governing entities, entrepreneurs, head employees and others concerned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":0,"parent":49045,"menu_order":3,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_editorskit_title_hidden":false,"_editorskit_reading_time":0,"_editorskit_is_block_options_detached":false,"_editorskit_block_options_position":"{}"},"categories":[],"tags":[],"tax_aktuality":[],"class_list":["post-49068","cpt_pracoviska","type-cpt_pracoviska","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"acf_link_na_externy_obsah":""},"yoast_head":"\n
