Animal Physiology – Graduate characteristic

Graduate of Ph.D. study programme Animal Physiology will master methodologies to study the experimental physiology. He or she will apply them in different physiological model settings. In problem solving, graduate will use the most advanced knowledge in physiology, etiology, biochemistry and molecular biology. Graduate will study functional relationships between individual systems and physiological processes in respect regulation of plant physiological processes in response to environmental dynamic factors. Scientific expertise in plant metabolism and in regulatory mechanisms of development and reproduction of autotrophic organisms will add to solutions for environment and its protection. Graduate will also receive training in research methodology for application research such as molecular biology, biotechnology, karyology, enzymology, and other chemical analytical and mathematical evaluation methods).
He or she will obtain widespread theoretical knowledge and ability of creative work in the field.
