Analytical Chemistry – Graduate characteristic

Graduates of Master study programme Analytical Chemistry can independently work out tasks and solutions in analytical chemistry. They are knowledgeable and experienced in methodologies used in analytical chemistry research and can apply their skills in the research and industrial laboratories, and at environment monitoring and protection. Graduates can also continue their education in the Ph.D. programme of Analytical Chemistry. Research at the Department of Analytical Chemistry is focused on separation techniques and methods such as chromatography (fluid and gas), spectrometry (UV-VIS, fluorescence, AAS and AES). Students can choose to focus on environmental chemistry and analysis within PhD study programme.
