Based on the conclusions of the Commission of the Matej Bel University Academic Senate in Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica about the investigation of the suspicion of plagiarism of doctoral dissertations the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice pronounces that it is a classic case of plagiarism and to this conclusion we do not feel the need of defining plagiarism more specifically. About whether a work is a plagiarism or not, there is an authorized commission which decides, appointed by internal regulations, or more precisely by the statuary of the institution on the base of concordances of the work with the original source.<\/p>\n
We fully identify with the \u201cStatement of the management body of the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava in the question of plagiarism\u201d, primarily with its sections considering the negative effects on the reputation of Slovak higher education and about questioning the work of our university teachers and scientific workers. According to the statement of the P.
