{"id":16333,"date":"2022-08-18T15:15:27","date_gmt":"2022-08-18T15:15:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/prirodovedecka-fakulta\/actual-news\/27541\/"},"modified":"2022-09-28T12:14:29","modified_gmt":"2022-09-28T12:14:29","slug":"27541","status":"publish","type":"cpt_aktualne_spravy","link":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/prirodovedecka-fakulta\/actual-news\/27541\/","title":{"rendered":"V\u00fdskum extr\u00e9mofiln\u00fdch mikroorganizmov zmenil nazeranie na mo\u017enosti existencie \u017eivota mimo na\u0161ej Zeme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/\/app\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/09\/VMS_18082022.jpg\" style=\"width:50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mikrobiologick\u00fd v\u00fdskum extr\u00e9mofilov v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom zmenil na\u0161e predstavy o vzniku a fungovan\u00ed \u017eivota na Zemi a o mo\u017enostiach existencie \u017eivota vo vesm\u00edre.<br \/>\n<strong>Existencia \u017eivota mimo na\u0161ej Zeme je ot\u00e1zkou, ktor\u00e1 zauj\u00edma \u013eudstvo u\u017e dlh\u00e9 roky a vzbudzuje rozsiahle a ob\u010das aj v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00e9 diskusie.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u017divot, tak ako ho pozn\u00e1me na Zemi, a najm\u00e4 \u017eivot \u010dloveka, je v\u00fdznamne limitovan\u00fd vonkaj\u0161\u00edmi podmienkami. \u013dudia dok\u00e1\u017eu dlhodobo pre\u017e\u00edva\u0165 len v relat\u00edvne \u00fazkom rozsahu teploty, tlaku, obsahu kysl\u00edka a in\u00fdch ekologick\u00fdch faktorov (napr. radi\u00e1cia).<br \/>\nToto<strong> antropocentrick\u00e9 vn\u00edmanie v\u00fdznamne ovplyvnilo aj na\u0161e n\u00e1zory na mo\u017enos\u0165 existencie \u017eivota mimo Zeme a sp\u00f4soby jeho h\u013eadania<\/strong>. Napriek tomu, \u017ee ob\u00fdvan\u00fdch je len 10% povrchu Zeme, st\u00e1le h\u013ead\u00e1me vesm\u00edrnu \u201eZem\u201c s modr\u00fdmi oce\u00e1nmi, pr\u00edjemn\u00fdmi teplotami, mno\u017estvom kysl\u00edka a hustou atmosf\u00e9rou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>\u010co s\u00fa \u201enorm\u00e1lne\u201c podmienky pre existenciu \u017eivota?<\/strong><br \/>\nTo, \u010do je dobr\u00e9 a norm\u00e1lne pre existenciu \u010dloveka v\u0161ak nemus\u00ed by\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 pre v\u0161etky organizmy. <strong>Roz\u0161iruj\u00face sa poznatky najm\u00e4 o mikrobi\u00f3me Zeme uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee na\u0161a Zem je ob\u00fdvan\u00e1 aj organizmami, ktor\u00e9 sa vymykaj\u00fa na\u0161im doteraj\u0161\u00edm predstav\u00e1m o \u017eivote<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAj na na\u0161ej Zemi sa na\u0161li na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead \u201enepozemsk\u00e9\u201c organizmy, nepodobn\u00e9 klasick\u00fdm form\u00e1m \u017eivota na Zemi. \u017dij\u00fa v podmienkach, v ktor\u00fdch sme si e\u0161te pred polstoro\u010d\u00edm nedok\u00e1zali predstavi\u0165 existenciu \u017eiadnej formy \u017eivota.<br \/>\n<strong>Extr\u00e9mofily (z latinsk\u00e9ho \u201emiluj\u00faci extr\u00e9my\u201c) <\/strong>s\u00fa definovan\u00e9 ako organizmy, ktor\u00e9 nielen \u017ee s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 tolerova\u0165 extr\u00e9my prostredia, ale ktor\u00e9 sa v procese evol\u00facie adaptovali na extr\u00e9mne podmienky prostredia nato\u013eko, \u017ee pre svoj optim\u00e1lny rast tieto extr\u00e9mne podmienky u\u017e vy\u017eaduj\u00fa.<br \/>\nExtr\u00e9mofily m\u00f4\u017eeme klasifikova\u0165 pod\u013ea podmienok prostredia, v ktor\u00fdch optim\u00e1lne rast\u00fa.<br \/>\n<strong>Extr\u00e9mofily m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 klasifikovan\u00e9 ako<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">acidofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast medzi pH 1 a pH 5); (pH \u2013 miera kyslosti\/z\u00e1saditosti),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">alkalofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast nad pH 9),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">halofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast v prostrediach s vysokou koncentr\u00e1ciou soli),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">termofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast medzi 60 a 80\u00b0C),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">hypertermofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast nad 80\u00b0C),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">psychrofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast pri 15\u00b0C alebo ni\u017e\u0161ej),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">piezofiln\u00e9 alebo barofiln\u00e9 (optim\u00e1lny rast pri vysokom tlaku),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">oligotrofn\u00e9 (rast v nutri\u010dne obmedzen\u00fdch prostrediach),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">xerofiln\u00e9 (rast v podmienkach s n\u00edzkou dostupnos\u0165ou vody).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Tzv. polyextr\u00e9mofily sa adaptovali s\u00fa\u010dasne na viacer\u00e9 extr\u00e9my prostredia; najbe\u017enej\u0161ie pr\u00edklady zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa termoacidofily a haloalkalofily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Extr\u00e9mofily na sc\u00e9ne<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Extr\u00e9mofiln\u00e9 organizmy s\u00fa prim\u00e1rne prokaryoty (arche\u00f3ny a bakt\u00e9rie).<\/strong> Prokaryotick\u00e9 organizmy dominovali po\u010das v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny evolu\u010dnej hist\u00f3rie na\u0161ej plan\u00e9ty, pri\u010dom sa vyvinuli tak, aby obsadili prakticky v\u0161etky dostupn\u00e9 prostredia<br \/>\nNa primit\u00edvnej Zemi existovali extr\u00e9mne podmienky prostredia a \u017eivot vznikol v hor\u00facom prostred\u00ed podmorsk\u00fdch hydroterm\u00e1lnych v\u00fdverov l\u00e1vy a plynov. Z toho je zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee<strong> mnoh\u00e9 extr\u00e9mofily s\u00fa pozostatkami prvotn\u00fdch organizmov \u017eij\u00facich na na\u0161ej Zemi.<\/strong><br \/>\nAj v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti na na\u0161ej plan\u00e9te \u2013 najm\u00e4 pod zemsk\u00fdm povrchom \u2013 existuje doteraz nespo\u010detn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo prostred\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vykazuj\u00fa extr\u00e9my v jednom alebo viacer\u00fdch fyzik\u00e1lnych alebo chemick\u00fdch podmienkach.<br \/>\n<strong>Priekopn\u00edkom v \u0161t\u00fadiu extr\u00e9mofilov bol americk\u00fd mikrobiol\u00f3g Thomas Brock <\/strong>z University of Wisconsin-Madison, ktor\u00fd na\u0161iel unik\u00e1tne mikroorganizmy v hor\u00facich geoterm\u00e1lnych prame\u0148och Yellowstonu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Astrobiol\u00f3gia<\/strong><br \/>\nBrock zverejnil svoje pozorovania v apr\u00edli 1969 \u2013 len nieko\u013eko mesiacov sk\u00f4r, ako \u013eudia prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t vst\u00fapili na Mesiac.<br \/>\nTieto dva fakty st\u00e1li pri zrode astrobiol\u00f3gie, ktor\u00e1 sk\u00fama \u017eivot vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch jeho form\u00e1ch na na\u0161ej plan\u00e9te a vo vesm\u00edre. V\u00fdskum extr\u00e9mofilov poskytuje pochopenie fyzik\u00e1lno-chemick\u00fdch parametrov \u017eivota na Zemi a m\u00f4\u017ee poskytn\u00fa\u0165 poh\u013ead na to, ako \u017eivot na Zemi vznikol.<br \/>\n<strong>Pochopenie limitov \u017eivota na Zemi tak vedcom poskytuje inform\u00e1cie o mo\u017enom mimozemskom \u017eivote a teda aj to, kde a ako h\u013eada\u0165 \u017eivot vo vesm\u00edre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Pozemsk\u00ed \u201emimozem\u0161\u0165ania\u201c<\/strong><br \/>\nRozvoj modern\u00fdch molekulov\u00fdch techn\u00edk umo\u017enil porovn\u00e1va\u0165 pr\u00edbuznos\u0165 mikroorganizmov na z\u00e1klade sekvenci\u00ed DNA. S pou\u017eit\u00edm t\u00fdchto techn\u00edk americk\u00ed mikrobiol\u00f3govia Carl Woese a George E. Fox v roku 1977 definovali nov\u00fa formu mikrobi\u00e1lneho \u017eivota v extr\u00e9mnych prostrediach. Nazvali ju \u201earchaebakt\u00e9rie\u201c (dnes arche\u00f3ny).<br \/>\n<strong>Arche\u00f3ny s\u00fa prastar\u00e9 organizmy maj\u00face siln\u00e9 evolu\u010dn\u00e9 prepojenie na prv\u00e9 \u017eiv\u00e9 organizmy<\/strong> na Zemi a len navonok sa podobaj\u00fa bakt\u00e9ri\u00e1m.<br \/>\nNiektor\u00e9 arche\u00f3ny \u017eij\u00fa pri extr\u00e9mnych teplot\u00e1ch, \u010dasto nad 100\u00b0C; vyskytuj\u00fa sa napr\u00edklad v hor\u00facich prame\u0148och, gejz\u00edroch a ropn\u00fdch vrtoch. \u010eal\u0161ie prostredia os\u00eddlen\u00e9 arche\u00f3nmi zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa ve\u013emi chladn\u00e9 prostredie a vysoko slan\u00e9, kysl\u00e9 alebo alkalick\u00e9 prostredia.<br \/>\nNapr\u00edklad druh <em>Picrophilus torridus<\/em>, extr\u00e9mne acidofiln\u00fd archae\u00f3n \u2013 rastie aj pri takmer nulovom pH, \u010do zodpoved\u00e1 1,2 mol\u00e1rnej koncentr\u00e1cii kyseliny s\u00edrovej.<br \/>\nDruh <em>Methanopyrus kandleri<\/em> zase pre\u017e\u00edva pri teplote 122\u00b0C, \u010do je najvy\u0161\u0161ia zaznamenan\u00e1 teplota rastu pre ak\u00fdko\u013evek organizmus na na\u0161ej Zemi. Arche\u00f3ny sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa aj vo ve\u013emi chladnom oce\u00e1nskom prostred\u00ed, vr\u00e1tane pol\u00e1rnych mor\u00ed.<br \/>\nOkrem toho arche\u00f3ny zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa mezofily, ktor\u00e9 rast\u00fa pri norm\u00e1lnych teplot\u00e1ch (teplota \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela), v mo\u010diaroch, odpadov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch, oce\u00e1noch a p\u00f4dach.<br \/>\n<strong>Asi najzauj\u00edmavej\u0161ou skupinou arche\u00f3nov s\u00fa metanog\u00e9ny,<\/strong> ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa celkom unik\u00e1tny typ metabolizmu, ke\u010f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa H2 (vod\u00edk) ako zdroj energie a CO2 (oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd) ako zdroj uhl\u00edka pre svoj rast. Koncov\u00fdm produktom ich metabolizmu je met\u00e1n, plyn, ktor\u00fd v\u00fdznamne prispieva k sklen\u00edkov\u00e9mu efektu.<br \/>\nNie v\u0161etky extr\u00e9mofily v\u0161ak patria k arche\u00f3nom. N\u00e1jdeme ich aj medzi prav\u00fdmi bakt\u00e9riami. Halofily, vr\u00e1tane rodu Halomonas, pre\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v hypersalinn\u00fdch prostrediach, ako s\u00fa slan\u00e9 jazer\u00e1 a so\u013eanky, kde tvoria podstatn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 mikrobioty, najm\u00e4 pri slanosti vy\u0161\u0161ej ako 20 percent.<br \/>\n<strong>\u017divot \u010dloveka a obrovskej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny organizmov na Zemi<\/strong> z\u00e1vis\u00ed od Slnka, ktor\u00e9 poh\u00e1\u0148a cel\u00fa biosf\u00e9ru. Mnoh\u00e9 extr\u00e9mofiln\u00e9 mikroorganizmy v\u0161ak \u017eij\u00fa v hlbinnom prostred\u00ed bez priameho pr\u00edstupu slne\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eiarenia a vyvinuli si unik\u00e1tne sp\u00f4soby z\u00edskavanie energie oxid\u00e1ciou anorganick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>\u00daplne neo\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fd sp\u00f4sob \u017eivota<\/strong><br \/>\nBol objaven\u00fd v roku 2008 vo vzork\u00e1ch mikroorganizmov zo zlatej bane v Juhoafrickej republike. V h\u013abke viac ako 3 km a pri teplote vy\u0161\u0161ej ako 60\u00b0C na\u0161li bakt\u00e9riu (<em>Desulforudis audaxviator<\/em>), ktor\u00e1 z\u00edskava uhl\u00edk potrebn\u00fd pre svoj rast z oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho uvo\u013enen\u00e9ho z rozkladu horn\u00edn (v\u00e1penca) a energiu z\u00edskava z vod\u00edka vznikaj\u00faceho r\u00e1diol\u00fdzou vody v\u010faka zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu obsahu ur\u00e1nu v okolitej hornine.<br \/>\nNajnov\u0161ie \u00fadaje nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee t\u00e1to bakt\u00e9ria sa be\u017ene vyskytuje vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch hlbinn\u00fdch ekosyst\u00e9moch na\u0161ej Zeme, a \u017ee pod na\u0161imi nohami existuje nepoznan\u00fd svet unik\u00e1tnych a skoro nepozemsk\u00fdch mikroorganizmov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><em><strong>Ak dok\u00e1\u017eu na\u0161e \u201epozemsk\u00e9\u201c organizmy pre\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v najr\u00f4znej\u0161\u00edch extr\u00e9mnych podmienkach, pre\u010do by sa nemohli podobn\u00e9 organizmy vyvin\u00fa\u0165 aj mimo na\u0161ej Zeme?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Kde h\u013eada\u0165 mimozemsk\u00fd \u017eivot?<\/strong><br \/>\nNa Zemi je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edm zdrojom energie slne\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eiarenie. V procese fotosynt\u00e9zy zachyt\u00e1vaj\u00fa fotoautotrofn\u00e9 organizmy (rastliny a niektor\u00e9 mikroorganizmy) energiu fot\u00f3nov a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ju na premenu oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho a vody na organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny.<br \/>\n<strong>Heterotrofn\u00e9 organizmy (\u017eivo\u010d\u00edchy, huby a mikroorganizmy) <\/strong>potom prij\u00edmaj\u00fa organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny produkovan\u00e9 autotrofn\u00fdmi organizmami a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ich na z\u00edskavanie energie. V procese d\u00fdchania, ktor\u00fd je opakom fotosynt\u00e9zy, premie\u0148aj\u00fa organick\u00fd materi\u00e1l a kysl\u00edk na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodu, \u010d\u00edm sa uvo\u013e\u0148uje energia.<br \/>\n<strong>Na za\u010diatku h\u013eadania mimozemsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota sme sa orientovali na vodu, uhl\u00edk a kysl\u00edk.<\/strong> E\u0161te d\u00e1vno pred vznikom kysl\u00edkovej atmosf\u00e9ry v\u0161ak existovali na Zemi s\u00edrne bakt\u00e9rie. Dnes h\u013ead\u00e1me vo vesm\u00edre vodu, uhl\u00edk a zdroj energie. Voda a uhl\u00edk sa vyskytuj\u00fa v Slne\u010dnej s\u00fastave vcelku be\u017ene.<br \/>\nAj ke\u010f je Zem jedin\u00fdm objektom v na\u0161ej Slne\u010dnej s\u00fastave s povrchovou vodou, pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 vody, ako z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho predpokladu pre existenciu \u017eivota, bola dok\u00e1zan\u00e1 na viacer\u00fdch plan\u00e9tach a ve\u013ek\u00fdch mesiacoch.<br \/>\n<strong>V roku 2018 bola dok\u00e1zan\u00e1 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 podpovrchovej vody na plan\u00e9te Mars. <\/strong>Ke\u010f\u017ee teplota na pol\u00e1rnych \u010diapo\u010dk\u00e1ch, kde sa voda vyskytla, je odhadovan\u00e1 na -68\u00b0C, predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee voda zost\u00e1va tekut\u00e1 v d\u00f4sledku vysokej koncentr\u00e1cie rozpusten\u00fdch sol\u00ed.<br \/>\nRast a pre\u017e\u00edvanie pri n\u00edzkych teplot\u00e1ch, \u010di v koncentrovan\u00fdch so\u013en\u00fdch roztokoch je nie\u010do, \u010do pozemsk\u00e9 extr\u00e9mofily zvl\u00e1daj\u00fa bez najmen\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9mov.<br \/>\n<strong>Najlep\u0161\u00edmi kandid\u00e1tmi pre existenciu mimozemsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota s\u00fa v tejto chv\u00edli mesiace plynn\u00fdch obrov, plan\u00e9t Jupiter a Saturn.<\/strong> Mesiace Eur\u00f3pa, Ganymedes a Enceladus maj\u00fa rozsiahle oce\u00e1ny schovan\u00e9 pod \u013eadov\u00fdmi pr\u00edkrovmi.<br \/>\nObjem vody v t\u00fdchto oce\u00e1noch je v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je objem vody v pozemsk\u00fdch oce\u00e1noch a anal\u00fdza gejz\u00edrov vody vystrekuj\u00facich cez \u013eadov\u00fd pr\u00edkrov dok\u00e1zala pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zlo\u017eiek potrebn\u00fdch pre \u017eivot (uhl\u00edk, dus\u00edk).<br \/>\nAk na t\u00fdchto mesiacoch \u017eivot existuje, vzh\u013eadom na vzdialenos\u0165 od Slnka by musel by\u0165 poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00fd chemick\u00fdmi reakciami, nie slne\u010dn\u00fdm \u017eiaren\u00edm. Aj toto pozemsk\u00e9 extr\u00e9mofily zvl\u00e1daj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Extr\u00e9mofily u n\u00e1s<\/strong><br \/>\nV\u00fdskum extr\u00e9mofilov je zauj\u00edmav\u00fd, ale na druhej strane extr\u00e9mne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd.<br \/>\nKe\u010f\u017ee sa tieto organizmy v procese evol\u00facie prisp\u00f4sobili ve\u013emi \u0161pecifick\u00fdm podmienkam prostredia, je extr\u00e9mne \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 vytvori\u0165 v laborat\u00f3riu podmienky, ktor\u00e9 potrebuj\u00fa pre svoj rast.<br \/>\nO v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine t\u00fdchto organizmov vieme len to, \u017ee existuj\u00fa, preto\u017ee modern\u00e9 molekulov\u00e9 met\u00f3dy anal\u00fdzy DNA n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa \u0161tudova\u0165 tieto organizmy aj bez ich kultiv\u00e1cie v laborat\u00f3riu (napr\u00edklad pri \u0161t\u00fadiu r\u00e1diotrofnej bakt\u00e9rie <em>Desulforudis audaxviator<\/em> v\u00fdskumn\u00edci zozbierali filtr\u00e1ciou bakt\u00e9rie z 5600 litrov banskej vody).<br \/>\nLen m\u00e1lo z t\u00fdchto organizmov sa podarilo kultivova\u0165 a sk\u00fama\u0165 v laborat\u00f3rnych podmienkach a \u00faspe\u0161nos\u0165 kultiv\u00e1cie je pod 1%. To na druhej strane znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina novokultivovan\u00fdch mikroorganizmov je pre n\u00e1s \u00faplne nezn\u00e1ma.<br \/>\nZdalo by sa, \u017ee Slovensko ako vn\u00fatrozemsk\u00e1 krajina bez sopiek a hydroterm\u00e1lnych prieduchov bude aj bez extr\u00e9mofilov. E\u0161te aj n\u00e1\u0161 jedin\u00fd \u201egejz\u00edr\u201c v Her\u013eanoch je studen\u00fd.<br \/>\n<strong>Zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 extr\u00e9mofilov v\u0161ak \u017eije v hlbinnom prostred\u00ed a jednoduch\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom ako nazrie\u0165 do t\u00fdchto prostred\u00ed je anal\u00fdza vody z miner\u00e1lnych prame\u0148ov, na ktor\u00e9 je Slovensko naopak bohat\u00e9.<\/strong><br \/>\nNa\u0161e najhor\u00facej\u0161ie pramene s\u00fa v Pie\u0161\u0165anoch. Modern\u00e1 biol\u00f3gia si u\u017e napr\u00edklad nevie predstavi\u0165 svoju existenciu bez polymer\u00e1zovej re\u0165azovej reakcie (PCR), pri ktorej sa vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa termofiln\u00e9 enz\u00fdmy.<br \/>\n<strong>V procese evol\u00facie sa mnoh\u00e9 extr\u00e9mofily prisp\u00f4sobili extr\u00e9mnemu prostrediu nato\u013eko, \u017ee aj nimi produkovan\u00e9 enz\u00fdmy (extr\u00e9moz\u00fdmy) s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 fungova\u0165 v extr\u00e9mnych podmienkach teploty, pH \u010di koncentr\u00e1cie sol\u00ed.<\/strong><br \/>\nTieto vlastnosti ich predur\u010duj\u00fa na pou\u017eitie v modern\u00fdch biotechnol\u00f3gi\u00e1ch, kde sa pr\u00e1ve tak\u00e9to extr\u00e9mne podmienky ve\u013emi \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa.<br \/>\nCel\u00fd koncept biotechnol\u00f3gi\u00ed novej gener\u00e1cie je postaven\u00fd pr\u00e1ve na vyu\u017eit\u00ed extr\u00e9mofiln\u00fdch mikroorganizmov a ich enz\u00fdmov.
