N\u00e1zov projektu: Biosyntetick\u00e9 g\u00e9nov\u00e9 klastre antrachin\u00f3nov: existuje anal\u00f3gia medzi endofytmi a ich hostite\u013emi?<\/strong> Viac:<\/strong> Projekt je zameran\u00fd na zistenie anal\u00f3gie a pr\u00edpadn\u00fdch komunika\u010dn\u00fdch kan\u00e1lov medzi endofytick\u00fdmi hubami a ich hostite\u013esk\u00fdmi rastlinami z rodu Hypericum <\/em><\/strong>v s\u00favislosti s biosynt\u00e9zou antrachin\u00f3nov. Z\u00e1mer vych\u00e1dza z predpokladu, \u017ee analogick\u00e9 sekvencie biosyntetick\u00fdch g\u00e9nov s\u00fa pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v hostite\u013esk\u00fdch rastlin\u00e1ch aj endofytoch z nich izolovan\u00fdch. V\u00fdchodiskom pre \u0161t\u00fadium bud\u00fa dosia\u013e zn\u00e1me fung\u00e1lne biosyntetick\u00e9 g\u00e9nov\u00e9 klastre (BGCs) antrachin\u00f3nov a kandid\u00e1tne g\u00e9ny biosynt\u00e9zy hyperic\u00ednu v Hypericum <\/em><\/strong>spp. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 predpoklad\u00e1me, \u017ee s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou fung\u00e1lnych BGCs bude g\u00e9n k\u00f3duj\u00faci CYP450 monooxygen\u00e1zu, ktor\u00e1 zodpoved\u00e1 za dimeriz\u00e1ciu medziproduktov biosyntetickej dr\u00e1hy antrachin\u00f3nov.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n N\u00e1zov projektu:\u00a0Nov\u00e9 antrachin\u00f3ny pr\u00edrodn\u00e9ho p\u00f4vodu pre biomedic\u00ednske aplik\u00e1cie<\/strong> Viac:<\/strong> Projekt je zameran\u00fd na \u0161t\u00fadium vybran\u00fdch antrachin\u00f3nov\u00fdch deriv\u00e1tov v rode Hypericum <\/strong><\/em>a v endofytick\u00fdch hub\u00e1ch izolovan\u00fdch z rastl\u00edn rodu Hypericum<\/strong><\/em>, kde predstavuj\u00fa medziprodukty biosyntetickej dr\u00e1hy hyperic\u00ednu, resp. intermedi\u00e1ty polyketidov\u00fdch biosyntetick\u00fdch dr\u00e1h. Cie\u013eom projektu je charakteriz\u00e1cia nov\u00fdch zdrojov pre produkciu antrachin\u00f3nov, identifik\u00e1cia miRNA s potenci\u00e1lnou regula\u010dnou \u00falohou v ich biosynt\u00e9ze, vypracovanie vhodn\u00e9ho transforma\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pre valid\u00e1ciu kandid\u00e1tnych biosyntetick\u00fdch g\u00e9nov, genotoxick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza a determin\u00e1cia protin\u00e1dorov\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu antrachin\u00f3nov\u00fdch deriv\u00e1tov.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n N\u00e1zov projektu: G\u00e9nov\u00e9 klastre biosyntetick\u00fdch g\u00e9nov skyr\u00ednu v endofytick\u00fdch hub\u00e1ch: k\u013e\u00fa\u010d k objasneniu biosynt\u00e9zy hyperic\u00ednu v rode Hypericum<\/em>?\u00a0<\/strong> Viac:\u00a0<\/strong>Projekt je zameran\u00fd na \u0161t\u00fadium regul\u00e1cie biosynt\u00e9zy bioakt\u00edvneho fotodynamick\u00e9ho pigmentu hyperic\u00ednu v rode Hypericum<\/strong><\/em>. Z\u00e1mer projektu vych\u00e1dza z predpokladu, \u017ee k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm intermedi\u00e1tom biosynt\u00e9zy hyperic\u00ednu je antrachin\u00f3n skyr\u00edn, ktor\u00e9ho pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 v rastlinnej r\u00ed\u0161i bola dosia\u013e potvrden\u00e1 len v hyperic\u00edn-produkuj\u00facich druhoch rodu Hypericum<\/strong><\/em>, ale \u010dasto sa nach\u00e1dza v endofytick\u00fdch hub\u00e1ch vr\u00e1tane t\u00fdch, ktor\u00e9 sme v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti izolovali z viacer\u00fdch druhov rodu Hypericum<\/strong><\/em>. V\u00fdchodiskom pre \u0161t\u00fadium bud\u00fa g\u00e9ny g\u00e9nov\u00e9ho klastra pre biosynt\u00e9zu skyr\u00ednu z Cyanodermella asteris<\/strong><\/em>, ich homol\u00f3gy a sekvencie, ktor\u00e9 boli v r\u00e1mci predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho projektu identifikovan\u00e9 ako diferenci\u00e1lne exprimovan\u00e9 v transkript\u00f3moch plet\u00edv s akumul\u00e1ciou hyperic\u00ednu. Predpoklad\u00e1me, \u017ee korela\u010dn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza medzi gen\u00f3mom\/transkript\u00f3mom a metabol\u00f3mom endofytov a hostite\u013eov prinesie nov\u00e9 poznatky o regul\u00e1cii biosynt\u00e9zy hyperic\u00ednu a o vz\u00e1jomnej komunik\u00e1cii medzi hostite\u013eom a endofytom po\u010das biosynt\u00e9zy v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch bioakt\u00edvnych polyketidov v rode Hypericum<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":20414,"menu_order":2,"template":"","meta":{"_editorskit_title_hidden":false,"_editorskit_reading_time":0,"_editorskit_is_block_options_detached":false,"_editorskit_block_options_position":"{}"},"categories":[],"tags":[],"tax_aktuality":[],"acf":{"acf_link_na_externy_obsah":""},"yoast_head":"\n
