V\u00fdsledky z\u00edskavame kvalitat\u00edvnou a kvantitat\u00edvnou anal\u00fdzou fenolov\u00fdch l\u00e1tok gradientovou HPLC, meran\u00edm parametrov oxidat\u00edvneho stresu (peroxid\u00e1cia lipidov, obsah chlorofylu, ROS..). Taktie\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edvame modern\u00e9 molekul\u00e1rne met\u00f3dy na anal\u00fdzu expresie k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch g\u00e9nov a regula\u010dn\u00fdch faktorov podie\u013eaj\u00facich sa na stresovej odpovedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Okrem in\u00e9ho sa zameriavame na z\u00edskanie poznatkov o&nbsp;funkcii sekund\u00e1rnych metabolitov (flavonoidov a&nbsp;izoflavonoidov) pri interakcii rastl\u00edn s&nbsp;prostred\u00edm pomocou sledovania biosynt\u00e9zy a akumul\u00e1cie t\u00fdchto l\u00e1tok vplyvom stresov\u00fdch faktorov.
