V s\u00falade s Rozhodnut\u00edm rektora \u010d. 9\/2017 o zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu kvality vzdel\u00e1vania na Univerzite Pavla Jozefa \u0160af\u00e1rika v Ko\u0161iciach (UPJ\u0160) a jej s\u00fa\u010dastiach sa v \u010dase od j\u00fana do konca j\u00fala 2017 realizoval pilotn\u00fd anonymn\u00fd dotazn\u00edkov\u00fd prieskum spokojnosti zamestnancov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u0161etk\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed sa do prieskumu zapojili \u010fakujeme za ochotu i trpezlivos\u0165 pri odpovediach na zadan\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, ako aj za n\u00e1mety a upozornenia. V\u0161etky vyjadrenia a n\u00e1zory s\u00fa pre vedenie univerzity a vedenia fak\u00falt ve\u013emi cenn\u00e9 a prispievaj\u00fa k skvalitneniu pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia a podpore tvorivej pracovnej atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zamestnancom bolo pon\u00faknut\u00fdch 38 ot\u00e1zok rozdelen\u00fdch do 6 okruhov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Komunik\u00e1cia, riadenie a atmosf\u00e9ra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Kari\u00e9rny rozvoj a mo\u017enos\u0165 mobil\u00edt,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Informovanos\u0165 o dian\u00ed na pracovisku a mo\u017enosti particip\u00e1cie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Pracovn\u00e9 prostredie a soci\u00e1lne benefity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Eduka\u010dn\u00e9 prostredie a podpora vzdel\u00e1vania,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Spokojnos\u0165 s pracovn\u00fdm zaraden\u00edm a motiv\u00e1cia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Zamestnanci odpovedali v\u00fdberom z dan\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed, alebo doplnen\u00edm vlastn\u00fdch odpoved\u00ed. V\u00a0z\u00e1vere mali zamestnanci\u00a0mo\u017enos\u0165 doplni\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie vlastn\u00e9 n\u00e1mety a\u00a0postrehy, ktor\u00e9 by mohli prispie\u0165 k\u00a0zv\u00fd\u0161eniu spokojnosti zamestnancov.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/a><\/a>Dotazn\u00edkov\u00fd prieskum spokojnosti zamestnancov<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dotazn\u00edky v akademikom roku 2016\/2017 vyplnilo 166 respondentov, z toho 87 vyplnilo dotazn\u00edk v elektronickej forme a 79 vyu\u017eilo printov\u00fa formu. Z respondentov, ktor\u00ed sa prieskumu z\u00fa\u010dastnili bolo 11 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov, resp. 20 % tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov, \u010do je ve\u013emi mal\u00fd podiel, napriek tomu je mo\u017en\u00e9 pova\u017eova\u0165 z\u00edskan\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie za ve\u013emi cenn\u00e9. Poznatky nadobudnut\u00e9 t\u00fdmto pilotn\u00fdm dotazn\u00edkov\u00fdm prieskumom bud\u00fa vyu\u017eit\u00e9 pre zlep\u0161enie pracovnej atmosf\u00e9ry a s\u00fa dobr\u00fdm pr\u00edkladom pre \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zamestnancov, aby sa v bud\u00facnosti prieskumu z\u00fa\u010dastnili a prispeli tak k objektiviz\u00e1cii \u00fadajov o spokojnosti zamestnancov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Zo zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed vyu\u017eili mo\u017enos\u0165 anonymn\u00e9ho vyjadrenia bolo 53 % V\u0160 u\u010dite\u013eov a vedeck\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov. Viac ako 65 % z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch bolo vo veku do 50 rokov, pri\u010dom najviac z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch bolo vo veku 31-40 rokov. Prieskumu sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 11 respondentov rektor\u00e1tu,  z LF: 51 respondentov (9,2 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov a14 % z tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov), PF: 44 respondentov (12,5 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov a 19 % z tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov), Pr\u00e1F: 9 respondentov (10 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov a 15 % z tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov), FF: 25 respondentov (16 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov a 20 % z tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov), FVS: 13 respondentov (28 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov a 46 % z tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov), \u00daTVa\u0160: 8 respondentov (40 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov a 50 % z tvoriv\u00fdch zamestnancov) a 4 respondenti neuviedli miesto svojho p\u00f4sobiska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Pri vyhodnocovan\u00ed spokojnosti boli pre zjednodu\u0161enie odpovede \u201eve\u013emi spokojn\u00fd\u201c a \u201espokojn\u00fd\u201c, resp. pri nespokojnosti odpovede \u201enespokojn\u00fd\u201c a \u201eve\u013emi nespokojn\u00fd\u201c s\u010d\u00edtavan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina respondentov kritizovala pri vyp\u013a\u0148an\u00ed dotazn\u00edka v elektronickej podobe zd\u013ahavos\u0165 a nepreh\u013eadnos\u0165, tak\u017ee mnoho zamestnancov vyplnenie nedokon\u010dilo, \u010do n\u00e1sledne komplikovalo vyhodnotenie dotazn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Respondenti sa vyjadrovali k situ\u00e1cii na pracovisku, fakulte a univerzite. Prakticky vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch ot\u00e1zkach najpozit\u00edvnej\u0161ie hodnotili respondenti vlastn\u00e9 pracovisko (pravdepodobne najviac inform\u00e1cii), neutr\u00e1lne vyzneli odpovede vo vz\u0165ahu k univerzite (m\u00e1lo inform\u00e1cii, bez bezprostredn\u00e9ho kontaktu) a negat\u00edvnej\u0161ie vo vz\u0165ahu k vlastnej fakulte (oproti vlastn\u00e9mu pracovisku i univerzite).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
