Respect for others
Living with people in hostel accommodation is great a responsibility to treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.
CHECK IN AFTER 4.00 p.m.
– Check in at the reception
– We require valid passport upon check in
– You will receive room key and bedding
– The next day you are required to contact hostel manager to sign a contract of accommodation (if you arrive over the weekend you are obliged to contact hostel manager on Monday from 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.)

1. The signing a contract
You are required to show a valid passport and you have to provide us with 2 pieces of photo /size 3×3,5cm/
2. You will be provided with two Accommodation cards.
One of the accommodation card you are obliged to leave at the reception.
The second accommodation card you have to keep always with you when entering the hostel and to get yours room key from the reception.
You are obliged to show the accommodation card to security staff when entering the hostel.
3. Payment – Accommodation fees must be paid till the 5th of each month into the bank account specified in the contract or in cash to the hostel manager. Accommodation fees are payable for the full month, even if you arrive after the start of the month or if you leave before the end of the month. Paid fix rate for a whole month.
4. Internet connection is provided by SWAN. You will receive contact at the reception or in the office of the hostel manager when signing the accommodation contract.
5. Room key – Leaving the hostel – when you leave the hostel you are obliged to leave room key at the reception. Arriving to the hostel – you can get your room key after you show valid accommodation card to the reception staff. The replacement key is available only in the event of a malfunction, for students only in some special cases.
6. Kitchen – on the each floor is a shared kitchen. The kitchen is open from 6:00 a.m. till midnight. In the kitchen there are 2 fridges, 1 microwave and 3 cookers.
Students are obliged to leave the kitchen in clean condition after use. If a student brings their own refrigerator to their room, they must pay a fee of EUR 16 for electricity at the manager’s office by the 10th of each month.
7. Laundry room – laundry room is located on the ground floor. The key of the laundry room is available at the reception. The key will be only issued to a student who signs the confirmation of the taking in the Keys register at the reception. Immediately after using the laundry room (every time), return the key to the reception! (Return the key before ending the washing process). The laundry is open daily from 6 a.m. at midnight.The washing machines work with tokens, which can only be purchased in the building manager’s office Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. 1 wash = 1 token = fee 5 EUR
8. Cleaning of the rooms – Toilet and bathroom and the room is cleaned 1 times per week. Bedding sheets are changed once in 2 weeks. Bed linen is changed every 14 days by the cleaning service, do not change the bedding by yourself, do not leave the bedding on the floor in the hallway, do not ask for clean bed linen at the reception. Trash cans are emptied every day.
9. Visits – visitors are only allowed from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.. All visitors are required to sign in at the reception.
10. The night-time – students may not disturb to other students and have to keep noise level down from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. Disrespectful behavior towards Securitas workers will be solved by calling the police and then sanctioning!

12. Strictly forbidden – it is strictly forbidden:
– to smoke in the hostel premises
– sticking posters in the hostel premises (rooms, corridors, etc.)
– throwing rubbish from the balconies
– to damage the property and equipment of the hostel
– to disturb other students and respect night time after 10.00 p.m.
– for visitors to stay in the rooms after 8.00 p.m.
– to use any type of cookers and heaters in the rooms
– It is forbidden to stick wallpapers on the walls.
The breach of these general accommodation rules will lead on for immediate exclusion of the student from the hostel. The faculty will also be informed about the exclusion. It is prohibited to paint or wallpaper walls in your room. If you do so you will have to repaint a room before your departure.
The building closes at midnight.
Entry is possible every hour for 15 minutes by ringing the bell.

from 03:00 a.m. – 03:15 a.m.
from 04:30 a.m. – till midnight the building is open
