The EASTMED 2026 conference brought together experts from academia, innovative companies and the technology sector in Košice, creating new opportunities for collaboration in the fields of MedTech innovation and biotechnology.

The conference was organised by Košice IT Valley and the Technology and Innovation Park of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (TIP-UPJŠ) under the auspices of the APBC – Advanced Protein Biotechnology Consortiumproject, led by Prof. RNDr. Erik Sedlák, DrSc., Head of CIB TIP-UPJŠ.
The event brought together experts and representatives from organisations and companies including Enantis, DNA ERA, UVP TECHNICOM, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, GreenPharm and Crowdberry.
