Chill Zone for Mental Health Day

We have great news for you! On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, we have prepared a special Chill Zone for you, where you can take a break from the university hustle and bustle and gain new energy.

When and Where?

  • When: Wednesday, October 8
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Where: Minerva building (1st and 2nd floor)

What to Expect?

Come and switch off or simply relax between lectures. We’ll have cozy bean bags ready for your comfort.

If you’re feeling more active, you can try:

  • Anti-stress coloring pages
  • Affirmations for positive thinking
  • The Mental Well-being Test

For those who want complete peace and privacy behind closed doors, there will be a designated quiet zone on the 2nd floor.

The highlight of the afternoon will be an informal discussion with our psychologist, where you can chat over coffee or tea about anything on your mind or just talk about mental well-being.

  • Topic: Open discussion on mental health
