The University Counseling Center of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice cordially invites all students to
Career Day in a new concept – as a festival of careers and opportunities!
The 10th annual Career Day, which will take place this year on May 5, 2026 from 3:00 PM in the dormitory area on Medická Street in a new concept. For the first time, we have decided to combine career opportunities with the atmosphere of the BYE BYE FEST student festival. The central theme of the anniversary year is “What next?”.

15:00 OPENING
15:00 – 17:00 PROMO ZONE: promotional stands of more than 20 participating employers
15:00 – 17:00 INSPIRATION ZONE: lectures by selected speakers on the big stage
- 15:10-16:00 – 15-minute presentations by selected employers “What next? The path to success through failures and obstacles”
- 16:00-16:45 – Panel discussion with representatives from the university and top companies will debate what truly matters in the 2026 job market. Find out firsthand how companies scout for talent and what you need to do to stand out from the crowd.
16:45 – 17:00 RAFFLE EVALUATION
17:00 – 22:00 BYE BYE FEST: an opportunity for informal meetings, authentic conversations and natural connections between employers and students. More information about programme.
