The members of the Department have been actively involved in many research projects especially since 2007, either as individuals in their own projects or as co-workers in other projects at Law faculties abroad or in the Czech Republic (assoc. prof. JUDr. Simona Ferenčíková, PhD.) or as a team at other departments of the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice (prof. JUDr. Sergej Romža, PhD., assoc. prof. JUDr. Simona Ferenčíková, PhD., JUDr. Veronika Tóthová, PhD., assoc. prof.
